Working principle of clay box feeder
The working principle of the box feeder equipment is driven by a motor, driven by a V-belt pulley, a reducer, and an eccentric mechanism to drive the roller to rotate, so that the conveyor belt will move in a regular straight line at the set speed, so as to achieve uniform feeding.
Clay box feeder’s application
The main application of the box feeder is in the production line of bricks and tiles. The materials conveyed are mainly clay with a moisture content of not more than 20%, powdered ash, scattered broken shale, coal gangue, etc. It is generally combined with Crushers, mixers, vacuum extruders, and other equipment to constitute a whole brick production line.
